  • No. It is a wellness assessment. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If something needs medical follow-up, we will advise you to speak to your GP or specialist.

  • The scan itself takes about 60 to 120 seconds. Your review is around 30 minutes.

  • No. It is non-invasive and comfortable.

  • Two or three clear actions sized to your life, plus simple ways to track sleep, energy and recovery. You also get a plain-English summary of your results.

  • Busy people who want clarity over guesswork. That includes parents, professionals, women in midlife, men 40 plus and everyday movers. We also support recreational athletes.

  • Comfortable clothing without bulky jewellery or heavy layers. If you can, short sleeves make it easier.

  • Arrive hydrated, avoid heavy exercise and large meals in the hour before, and limit caffeine if you can. If preparation changes are needed for your case, we will tell you beforehand.
