Bookings, cancellations, and fees 

• Booking and account management are provided via our platform and trusted processors (including Practice Better).

Client responsibilities 

• Provide accurate information and inform practitioners of any changes relevant to your wellness. 

• Follow practitioner guidance and report any adverse experiences promptly. 

 

Privacy and data protection

• For corporate programmes, individual data is not shared with employers; reporting is anonymised/aggregated. 

 

Limitation of liability
